In the 2004 Warner Brothers movie The Polar Express, Berkshire #1225 is prominently featured throughout the movie. Due to the film The Polar Express, the Berkshire has become almost instantly recognizable. However, did you know it is modeled after a real steam engine, the Pere Marquette?
