Replacing the headlights in my 2015 RAM Bighorn 6.7 Cummins

Changing the H13 headlight bulbs in a 2015 RAM 2500 Bighorn Cummins takes approximately one to one and a half hours. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

1. Remove the top cover.

2. Remove the grille.

3. Locate the slide-up locking pin under the wheel well.

4. Unbolt and remove the light assembly.

5. Using gloved hands, replace the bulb.

**IMPORTANT: DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS OF THE NEW BULB!**

6. Reinstall the headlight assembly and slide down the locking assembly under the wheel well.

7. Reinstall the bolts into the headlight assembly.

8. Repeat the process on the other side; it’s best to change the lights in pairs.

9. Reinstall the grille.

10. Reinstall the top cover.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure a smooth and safe headlight bulb replacement.
