Some folks have been asking how I am progressing through my latest attempt of Andy Frisella’s mental toughness program 75 hard. I will answer that here in one spot. I learned during my first completion of 75 hard that discussing the progress with other can become some what of distraction. It can become a down right trap.
Forward progressing is occurring. I won’t say great or fantastic or even crappy. I am on day 39, but that doesn’t mean much. One error today will put me back at day one.
I am concentrated on staying focused on the tactics of 75 Hard. Thus improving the associated mental toughness training value.
Sober, down 15 pounds, and mentally lighter than 39 days ago. I am looking respectfully at the 36 days ahead of me as a formidable challenge.
